    The Ambience and service are both outstanding. All the staff are AMAZING and extremely friendly and welcoming. The views and pools are to die for - beautiful and again the staff are just so helpful and want you to have a wonderful time. Nothing is a problem for the staff members - they really added to our holiday. The restaurant food is outstanding - hence the prices!!

    Its a bit far from any other decent places so when staying there you are kind of forced into eating and drinking within the resort only - unless you hire a car. The bars and restaurants are slightly overpriced for Malaysia - but you are paying for the location and ambience. Expensive for a late check out.

    My daughter and myself stayed at The Westin for 10 nights and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. All the staff we dealt with at The Westin Resort and Spa were very helpful and friendly. We had the privilege of meeting with Mimi from Domestic Services on some days in the hallway, as Mimi was on her way to clean our room. Mimi was very friendly, warm and welcoming and always made sure we had everything we needed. Mimi paid particular attention to cleanliness and detail in our room. Thank you very much Mimi; we really appreciate your warm hospitality, attention to detail in our room and friendly personality. We would like to say a very special thank you to the entire Breeze Team at The Westin; in particular: Farid, Ryan, Haro, Shafie, Alif, Suzie, Dineesh, Fieza and Akbar who all provided an exceptionally professional, friendly, helpful, warm and welcoming service to us during our stay. The Breeze Team push this resort to the 5 star level by ensuring everyone who walks into Breeze Lounge is treated as a 5 star guest.     Exceptional staff and brilliant location to many smaller islands, everything was well-maintained. Had an excellent stay as well as great service in our spotless room with views of the open water. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the fair cafe which took about 20 minutes, Jetty shopping centre and nearby mall, and Taxi. And it was just a short stroll away from Gourmand Deli, ate there couple of times...

    I liked the view from my room and the swimming pools and the othet facilities they gave

    Late check in and check out. They provided us with a room that i need go down one floor then to go up again to get to it due to reinovation even though there were other empty rooms

    Had a savoury and large breakfast with all sorts to satisfy all tastes and an egg station and foods from fruit to muesli to pancakes to curry. The room was newly renovated and good sized for your privacy, we where happy about that. The location was particularly good and exceptional, not too far from Pantai Beringin. The hotel met what was needed, we would like to stay longer.

    Well, the area was muddy overall.

    Location of the resort. Fantastic view of the sea shore.

    It is a very beautiful hotel, the pools are very nice and the design is amazing.

    It is a quiet high price hotel so there are some things which were in my opinion not OK for the amount of money you pay. 1. Staff was very friendly but there were some which were NOT friendly at all. Around 4.30 in the afternoon as soon as somebody is leaving the poolside the pool guys are taking away the umbrellas etc. which is really anoying. 2. The prices for food and drinks are REALLY high...no wonder that most of the guests brought food from outside or had dinner somewhere else. It is such a pitty because the restaurants are sooo beautiful and charming but these prices are just unbelievable! For example for 2 cokes by the pool you pay 30 Ringit... 3. The rooms were a good size but to be honest it lacked of atmosphere. No colours, no pictures, in cheaper hotels in Malaysia we had a much more beautiful and nice designed room. That should be changed in my opinion.

    What an amazing experience! We loved lounging by the infinity pool and treating ourselves to a refreshing massage at the spa. The only thing we noticed was some wear and tear in our room, but it didn't spoil our stay at all 🌴
